Most questions about Photoro are covered below. If yours isn’t, email hello@fasten.au.

Cancel or manage your Photoro subscription

Photoro Pro is billed through the App Store, so cancellation happens in iOS Settings, not inside the app:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Photoro, then Cancel Subscription.

If you don’t see Photoro listed, you may be signed in with a different Apple ID. Apple’s full guide is at support.apple.com/en-au/HT202039.

FAQ

An image failed to generate. Was I charged?

No. Photoro only counts a successful generation. If you saw an error and the result didn’t appear, your usage allowance is unaffected. If something was charged in error, email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do refunds work?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the charge. We can’t issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment details.

What’s the fair-usage limit?

Photoro Pro is intended for personal use. Generation runs on third-party AI infrastructure, so we apply a daily soft cap to keep costs sustainable. The limit is generous for normal use; if you hit it, you’ll see a message and can try again the next day.

Photoro generated something unexpected.

The model interprets each photo differently and the result can vary between runs. Tap Generate again for a new variation. Faces, lighting and group shots tend to produce the most consistent results.

How do I delete my account?

Photoro doesn’t require an account — you sign in with your Apple ID and we don’t store a separate user record. Cancelling your subscription stops all billing. To remove the app, delete it from your iPhone like any other app.
