SupperPlan — Terms of Use

Effective Date: 30 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SupperPlan iPhone app (“App”) and any related services provided by Fasten Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence & Use

1.1 Grant of Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active SupperPlan+ subscription, Fasten grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control.

1.2 Restrictions. You may not (and may not permit any third party to) reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or rent any part of the App.

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1 Subscription Required. The App's features require an active auto-renewable SupperPlan+ subscription purchased via the App Store. All purchases, renewals and billing are handled by Apple and managed in-app via RevenueCat.

2.2 Products & Pricing. SupperPlan offers two auto-renewable subscriptions:

2.3 Free Trial. The 3-day free trial applies to the yearly plan only. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

2.4 Cancellation & Refunds. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. Cancellation ends future billing but does not refund already-paid periods.

2.5 Pricing & Subscription Changes. We reserve the right to change pricing, subscription terms, or benefits associated with in-app purchases. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or on our website.

3. Grocery Prices

3.1 Estimates Only. Prices shown in SupperPlan — including store totals and per-meal costs — are estimates to help you plan. They are not live or checkout prices and may vary by store, region and availability. We do not guarantee that any total will match what you pay at the register.

3.2 No Affiliation. SupperPlan is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Aldi, Coles or Woolworths. Those store names are used only to refer to the stores for the purpose of price comparison.

4. Information Collection & Use

4.1 No Account Required. SupperPlan works without an account. Your plans, preferences and shopping list are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4.2 Analytics & Diagnostics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage events to improve the App. This data is not linked to any personal identity.

4.3 App Store Data. RevenueCat may collect minimal purchase and subscription-status data to enable subscriber features.

All rights, title and interest in the App (including code, design, recipes and trademarks) remain with Fasten or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, and is a planning aid only — not financial, dietary or nutritional advice. Always check ingredients for allergens yourself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the revised Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
