Cancel or manage your subscription

SupperPlan+ is billed through the App Store, so you manage it in iOS Settings, not inside the app:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap SupperPlan, then Cancel Subscription.

If you don't see SupperPlan listed, you may be signed in with a different Apple ID. Apple's full guide is at support.apple.com/en-au/HT202039.

FAQ

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. The monthly plan has no trial. Manage either in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

How do refunds work?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the charge. We can't issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment details.

Do I need an account?

No. SupperPlan works without an account or login — your plans, preferences and shopping list stay on your phone.

Are the prices real?

They're estimates to help you plan, not live or checkout prices, and they can vary by store, region and what's in stock. SupperPlan isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Aldi, Coles or Woolworths.

Does it work offline?

Yes. You can plan your week and use your shopping list without a connection — everything runs on your phone.

How do I delete my data?

Because there's no account, your data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it.
