SupperPlan — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

SupperPlan (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is made by Fasten Pty Ltd and helps Australian households plan weekly dinners around a grocery budget. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The short version

What stays on your device

This never leaves your phone — we can't see it:

Uninstalling the app removes this data from your phone.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics. We collect aggregated, de-identified usage events — for example, that a plan was generated or a shopping list was opened — so we can see which features help and make the app better. These events aren't tied to your name or email (we don't collect either) and aren't sold. They're processed by our analytics provider, PostHog.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment card details.

Subscriptions. If you subscribe, the purchase is handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Apple processes the payment — we never see your card number. We receive only what Apple shares to confirm a subscription is active.

Why we collect it

To improve the app, via anonymous, aggregated analytics. That's it. We don't use your information for advertising and we don't share it with advertisers.

Grocery prices

Prices shown in SupperPlan are estimates to help you plan. They are not live or checkout prices and may vary by store, region and availability. SupperPlan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Aldi, Coles or Woolworths — those names are used only to refer to the stores for comparison.

Your choices and rights

Under the APPs you can ask to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. Because SupperPlan works without an account, we don't hold information that identifies you — the data the app uses lives on your device, and uninstalling removes it.

If you have a question or a privacy complaint, email us at hello@fasten.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Children

SupperPlan is for adults planning household meals and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and we'll note significant changes in the app.
